Many in the public are unaware of the full HHS, its 13 Divisions, that controls the US "healthcare" system

This picture shows the levels above the actual public, who are trying to receive care. "The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Fiscal Year 2025 budget an estimated $1.8 trillion." (Disclosed to the public, and doesn't included the $BBs in fraud.)

The News mentions DARPA - the military arm Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency; the public is not aware, or discusses ARPA-H, "HARPA", the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health, which "Focuses on regenerative medicine, AI platforms, and repairing or regrowing cellular and biological functions."

• Biomedical Innovation: Research into mRNA cancer vaccines, targeted gene therapy, and reducing maternal mortality. 
• Data and Sensors: Development of cheap, lightweight wearables and sensors to detect early-onset disease using massive data harvesting at individual and societal levels. ​

Questions regarding only two (2) programs:

1. The government, DARPA+NIH, created mRNA shots that cause cancers (aka labeled as vaccines, GOF), so the government is funding "HARPA" to create mRNA cancer shots (aka named vaccines?) Grant for cancer vaccines, the CUREIT program
2. People do not want to be tracked, their lives being monitored, so the government is expanding its collection of surveillance and data collection on individual people? DELPHI program is the creation of a platform of tiny, modular "chiplet" biosensors (wearable  and ingestible ) that provide real-time monitoring of internal biomarkers like hormones and immune markers, enabling early disease detection and remote treatment adjustments. Are they putting in our water/food supply against our wishes or knowledge? 

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) awarded Pfizer contracts worth approximately $1.24 billion on June 1, 2026, to purchase mRNA COVID-19 vaccines for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. The procurement records, published on SAM.gov, allocate $735.7 million for pediatric doses and $505.3 million for adult doses.

Understanding extension of bioweapon - Remdesivir & Spike Protein Injections

Remdesivir (now named Veklury, still given with no black box warnings) was and continues to be pushed. Originally tested by Fauci for Ebola and HIV, and had to be pulled because of 55.3% death rate (read below).

• Moderna or (MODeRNA) delivers instructions to human cells to produce the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.
• Pfizer​ consists of RNAs encoding enhanced prefusion spike proteins for the SARS-CoV-2 (see below).
